Physical Performance
It has been shown that using vibration training helps achieve great fitness results with the least amount of work. Around the 1990’s a few comparisons have been made, showing the impact of vibration exercise versus regular training. As a result, it was proved that just 10 minutes a day on the vibration plate was equivalent to completion of hundreds of leg presses and squats.
number of research papers were published in the late 1990’s to show the benefits of vibration training. They showed how this type of exercise increased one’s flexibility, balance and overall strength.
A few more recent studies concentrated on comparing the same types of exercise performed by two groups. One group would use the conventional solid platform, while the other would perform the exercises on the vibration plate. When the experiment was concluded and the results compared, the group using the vibration plate showed much superior results in their strength and flexibility.
